This series will examine business cases and how advanced practice plays a valuable role in improving clinical care through evidence based strategies and partnership in a multidisciplinary team approach.  

1. Review the business case for advanced practice
2. List two reasons that transition to practice programs improve clinical care
3. Describe one evidence based practice strategy for APPs
4. Understand how career ladders impact retention and job satisfaction
