This course is certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and can be used to meet the new 2023 DEA requirement. Learning Objectives: 1. Describe the impact of tobacco use on maternal health. 2. Identify and offer strategies for supporting individuals in staying smoke, vape and tobacco-free across the lifespan. 3. Advise women on use of FDA-approved pharmacotherapy, including when pregnant and postpartum. (Original release date: 6/18/2021, Review date(s): 6/12/2024, Termination date: 7/2/2027)

2. Identify the two parts of tobacco dependence that are critical to address
