The Annual UC Davis Health Quality Forum is a free, live in-person program that brings together UC Davis leaders, clinicians, educators, trainees, and students to share strategies to improve clinical quality and patient safety, enhance health professions education, and engage inter-professional teams to deliver high-value health care. The program will feature keynote speakers and panel discussions on innovative approaches to delivering safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and person-centered health care.

1. Identify quality improvement and patient safety initiatives at UC Davis Health
2. Describe strategies to enhance high quality care and patient safety
3. Identify cultural and ethnic disparities and ways to mitigate bias in healthcare
4. Develop a personal goal to improve quality or patient safety in your clinical practice

The University of California, Davis, Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
