The goal of the Annual UC Davis Health Quality Forum is to foster a learning health system at UC Davis Health. Engaging clinicians, staff, and trainees in delivering the best care at lower cost creates a culture of continuous improvement at academic health systems. The event highlights initiatives at UC Davis Health that enhance health care quality, patient safety, and high value care. It provides a platform to share best practices and connect with colleagues.

1. Identify quality improvement and patient safety initiatives at UC Davis Health
2. Describe strategies to enhance high quality care and patient safety
3. Identify cultural and ethnic disparities and ways to mitigate bias in healthcare
4. Develop a personal goal to improve quality or patient safety in your clinical practice

The University of California, Davis, Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
